Our Trailer Rental Rates
Both the 20ft car hauler and the 12ft hydraulic dump trailer rent for $110 per day, $550 per week, or $2,000 per month. These are the actual prices you'll see at checkout. We don't add surprise surcharges, fuel charges, or mileage fees.
What's Included in the Price
Every rental includes the trailer itself (inspected and maintained between rentals), 24/7 contactless pickup and return via our lockbox system, full-width ramps (car hauler) or hydraulic dump mechanism (dump trailer), and all required lighting and safety equipment. No cleaning fees. You also get a refundable $250 security deposit that's returned after the trailer comes back in good condition.
Taxes and Total Cost Example
Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax is added at checkout. The combined state, county, and city rate in the Phoenix area is approximately 8.6%. For a 3-day rental, your breakdown would be: 3 days at $110 = $330 rental, plus approximately $28.38 tax, plus $250 refundable deposit. Total charge: approximately $608.38 ($358.38 after deposit refund). The weekly rate ($550) kicks in for 7+ day rentals, and the monthly rate ($2,000) for 30+ day rentals.
